QR Studio has no accounts and no support desk to log into — email is the way to reach us, and every message goes to a person.
We read everything and usually reply within a few business days.
What to write about
- Bugs — a code that will not scan, a broken export, a layout problem. Telling us your browser and what you had configured helps a lot.
- Feature requests — a content type, shape, frame or export format you need.
- Translations — a wording fix in your language, or a language you would like added.
- Advertising — questions about the ads shown on this site.
- Privacy — anything about how data is handled; see the privacy policy first, it may already answer you.
Two things we cannot do
We cannot recover a design you did not save — presets live in your own browser storage, so they are not on our servers and clearing site data deletes them permanently. And we cannot change where an already-printed code points: the codes we generate are static by design, which is exactly why they never expire.
